It’s really a downer when you reach a point that your jeans are just too damn tight, you’re middle area is expanding and unwelcome rolls of flab spill out over your pants when you sit down! Ever stood in your closet, rifling thorough your clothes trying to find something that doesn’t make you look or feel “too fat”? Oh I think we’ve all been there!! Then, even if you’ve stayed in shape (pretty much) your whole life, guess what’s next? That’s right…menopause! Ladies you know what I’m talking about! It’s like body betrayal! Geez Isabel! Little busy, are you?? Ha! Ha! Anyway, she has spent years studying the chemistry of the body and how we react to foods and the massive amount of “non-foods” that we shove down our throats every day, thinking we’re doing ourselves a favor! Her program is simple and simply amazing! Full of common sense and priceless information. Some of what she has to say was familiar. I mean the idea of the “fake butter spreads” being bad for you? That was a gut feeling I’ve always had, and I’ve shied away from them. Well the bottom line is this. If you want to lose pounds do what works. I decided to purchase this program in the hopes it could help me…not look 21 again, that will never happen and who cares?! I was looking for guidance and knowledge on how to lose weight quickly. What I needed were tools to stay healthy and keep my weight down.
