			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our bodies are perfectly designed. Our immune system, when working  properly is a wonder of efficiency and protection. It almost seems  magical how food and water is processed through our digestive tracts  where every useful vitamin and mineral is extracted and utilized, then  the leftovers are flushed out and expelled. Yes, our bodies are  perfectly designed, which is why there is the idea that we don&#8217;t need  things such as supplements or periodic cleansing. Well in a perfect  world where there was only completely nutritious food and no toxins of  any kind we wouldn&#8217;t need anything else. Unfortunately we don&#8217;t live in  that world anymore.</p>
<p>When food is mass produced and grown in  depleted soils it lacks the quantity of vitamins and minerals we need.  Our beef and poultry is produced with questionable feeding and  processing practices and hormones to increase growth. It&#8217;s almost common  place to hear about food products being recalled because of  contamination of one sort or another. Many of us have diets that consist  of too many unhealthy fats, too much sugar, and too many processed  foods, high in fat, salt, sugar, preservatives and additives such as  food colorings.  Then there&#8217;s nicotine, alcohol and a myriad of  prescription medications. All of this leads to over acidity, clogging of  arteries, unnecessary and harmful chemicals in the body which taxes the  liver, the colon and the rest of the organs as well. Vital minerals and  electrolytes are depleted, and we are being slowly poisoned because  it&#8217;s just too much for our bodies to filter out efficiently.</p>
<p>Besides  toxins that come through our food supply we are also bombarded by  countless environmental chemicals and toxins that are not in the best  interest of the human body. Industrial fumes and contaminants released  into the air and water, a myriad of household cleaners, pesticides,  herbicides, chlorine and fluoride in our water, are absorbed through the  skin, and ingested through breathing, eating, and drinking. Even our  clothing, furniture, rugs and curtains are saturated with chemicals such  as formaldehyde. The list is endless and this is just the tip of the  iceberg!</p>
<p>Considering all of this bombardment, periodic cleansing  of our bodies just makes sense. Our colon is a vital organ and directly  or indirectly affects every other organ or system in our bodies. If you  are experiencing constipation, acne, candida, brain fog or just a  constant feeling of sluggishness, a colon cleanse is worth a try. <p>Yes, the &#8220;secret&#8221; to losing weight fast is to nourish your body with the right  foods and cravings will stop! Whole, nutrient rich foods will send your  metabolism into high gear. Think of your body as a sleek luxury  automobile. Would you pour sugar water into the tank instead of high  quality fuel? Would you expect it to run smoothly and get you from one  destination to another? Of course not! You body isn&#8217;t a car of course,  but the concept is the same. Oh I think we&#8217;ve all been there!! Then, even if you&#8217;ve stayed in shape (pretty much) your whole life, guess what&#8217;s next? That&#8217;s right&#8230;menopause! Ladies you know what I&#8217;m talking about! It&#8217;s like body betrayal! Hot flashes, night sweats and a spare tire just for fun!  Well it&#8217;s not fun and it&#8217;s not funny. Suddenly you&#8217;re searching for ways to burn more calories,  looking for a quick way to lose weight, wondering if something as simple as walking to lose weight is the answer, then you realize, this is not such a simple problem. <p>2. No matter what eat some breakfast! But no giant stack of pancakes ok? No deep fried muffins, No heaping plate of fried greasy potatoes. Not that these foods are the devil&#8230;I mean who doesn&#8217;t like a deep fried muffin now and then? They just don&#8217;t nourish you, and they cause your blood sugar to spike then drop, and they leave you craving more because your poor body needs fuel.
